Cancellation Insurance: You may cancel your trip without penalty, provided Viking Tours receives written notification no later than sixty (60) days prior to departure. We do recommend a cancellation insurance. Force Majeure: In the event that an act of God or other unforeseeable cause precludes Viking Tours from executing the trip, neither party shall be liable to the other.

In the near future, Viking Tours will also offer cancellation insurance as well as Health coverage for those who request it. If you feel you need it at the present time, please see your Insurance Broker. We highly recommend that you have Health coverage for the US for the duration of your trip.
